I was a commercial real estate broker for 5 years and saw a business that was very inefficient and one in which entrepreneurs were forced to spend valuable time and resources a simple problem.
We have created a website that greatly simplifies the process of finding space and the necessary services surrounding the move process. We are helping to bring social networking, Web 2.0, and other benefits of a community to the search for commercial space.

Both sides of my family have operated small businesses and I think I was destined to launch my own venture. I enjoy the pace of job and the ability to be responsible for many different facets of the business.

We generate revenue by connecting those looking for space with those that have it. We get a fee for providing the introduction but are not part of the deal. We will also try and create fees for introducing small businesses looking for services such as moving and wiring companies to the relevant companies.

We are removing the pain of not having a resource to find a commercial space. We are providing a better resource then walking around calling on building signs, calling your friends for ideas, or looking on craigslist. We simplify the process and speed up the time necessary to complete the necessary research.
