I am a Professional Organizer and the name of my company is BALANCE - a state of mind and being I want to give to my clients who are frustrated and overwhelmed by clutter.
I live in Noe Valley and serve San Francisco and the bay area providing services around the art of organizing, including one-on-one organizing consultations and speaking. My business clients include Small Business Owners and Sole Proprietors. My residential clients include single moms, families, children and working adults.
I have over 15 years experience in organizing, time management and speaking, starting with my former career - indeed my former life! - in High Tech Marketing and Sales. I formally launched BALANCE Organizing Services Company in early 2005.
I also believe strongly in philanthropy - for life balance, of course - and serve the community though the Board of Directors of a non-profit Child Care Center in San Francisco and other neighborhood groups.
I am proudly an active member of NAPO (Nat'l Assn. of Professional Organizers), BNI (Business Network International) and the Association of Fundraising Professionals. I holds a BS from Bowling Green State University.

My goal is to help my clients turn their matter (also known as clutter!) into energy. That is, where everything is in it's place and ready to serve you. I work one-on-one with my clients, learning about who they are, their life patterns and styles, coaching them and organizing, together, hands on.
I also conduct workshops and speaking engagements that empower those frustrated with clutter with a philosophy, real life tips and tools to start getting organized
I don't organize rooms or closets or stuff or paper piles. I organize people. Together, we change thier habits and soon enough, all the stuff gets organized!
Remember, it's not about the stuff. It's about your head and your heart and the connections you have with your stuff. Getting organized is always about making sure everything in your life is active and serving you and has a place. It's usually about changing habits. And sometimes it's about letting go.
My clients experience life changes that result in living a more productive, rewarding and balanced life.
