I am a computer programmer and have previous experience in web development. I have always been interested in the advancement of technology especially on the web. With a strong idea of what the next trend is going to be I decided that I can work on a trail/error for several pet projects of mine. But some good ideas can not grow without the proper environment. I joined Xillent when the office opened. Now I am a committed partner of Xillent. With enough resources to slowly launch some of the projects while maintaining a good relationship with our customers. I find Xillent a perfect fit. I am interested reading/learning about new technologies and odd services.

We have opened our Xillent office on October 2007 and have been constantly rebuilding/upgrading our structure. With a refined structure we can work more efficiently. Our company's mission is "to provide our customers innovative products and solutions at a competitive price."
It has been a year working at Xillent and the company has grown 10 folds in revenue per month. We have been mainly focusing on a system that allows our employees the freedom to be creative efficiently without wasting much time. We have the benefit of awards for goal oriented achievements per projects.
This year we are getting ready for our first time with marketing and working with several marketing agencies. We want to make the leap this year by accomplishing several milestones and projected goals. First the image branding and rework of our own website.
In order to meet our goals we are pushing hard for the success of our clients who are in stealth mode. Not only that, we are also offering custom and leveraging technologies for companies to compete over their competitors. It is because we know where the internet is going and we have the resources to pull it all together.
Also I have suggested a recycling campaign at our company so at the end of the month we can all go recycle to earn a bit of money for a mixer. :)
